A very convective low pressure system (007) located just off the Indian coast in the Arabian Sea near 19N 71E continues to show signs of organization, while it sits nearly stationary. GFS picks up the storm and predicts organization. There is an 80% chance this system will become a tropical cyclone in the next 48 hours.
