TROPICAL STORM MARIA ADVISORY 2
NWS HCW/HURRICANE CENTER WIKI AL142011
2000 UTC FRI SEP 09 2011
Discussion[]
Maria continues to be relatively disorganized. The large convective flareup from last night and this morning has diminished and cloud tops warming and the system continues to be poorly vertically stacked. The shear has remained stable due to an anti cyclone providing moderate to low shear. Dry air is being entrained into the system and Maria should not be strengthening over the next day or so.
